One Day Event

Pre-Registration includes gate fee
Pre-Registration is highly recommended for efficiency at check-in and will be checked in first
Fee includes state and local taxes. Applicable processing fees will be added at checkout.
If you must cancel....You must cancel your registration through your registration account.
No refunds or credits
will be issued for cancelations made within 5 days of the event date.

Event requirements
Driver- NOT Tandem qualified:
- Must have a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 6mos.and present it at check-in
*Drivers 16-17 must have a parent or guardian present with them and sign a minor waiver
- Helmets: SA2015 or newer rating in good condition and MUST be worn during "On-Track" activities
- Shoes: Closed toe
- Long pants
Driver-Tandem Qualified :

Vehicle- ALL:
- Cars RWD and 2WD (IE AWD can be converted to RWD. aka “The Woo Clause”)
- Trucks/SUV/4x4 (even converted) are allowed on a case by case basis- contact us for approval
- Electric vehicles (EVs) are prohibited from operating on any Summit Point Motorsports Park track without prior written approval from SPMP management.
- Exceptions that will be taken under consideration for approval are Hybrid and Purpose-built competition vehicles.
- EV charging is NOT supported by the SPMP Infrastructure; charging from all SPMP outlets is prohibited.
- The User is responsible for ensuring adherence to and enforcement of this policy and liable for all damages that should result to SPMP for non-compliance.
- Strict compliance is required to maintain the safety and integrity of ongoing SPMP operations.
- All body panels must be attached to the car
- This includes hood, fenders, front and rear glass.
- Bumpers covers not required, but some type of structure, either substructure of bumper or a "bash bar"
- The sound decibel limit for vehicles is 103.
- Convertibles must be equipped with either factory installed roll over protection (may be passive) documented in the owner’s manual or an aftermarket roll bar that meets or exceeds the standards set in the SCCA GCR. Drivers must bring owner’s manual or aftermarket documentation and present it at tech.
- All convertibles/drivers and passengers need to pass the “broomstick test”
- “Style” bars and removable hard tops are not approved for rollover protection
- Retractable Hard Tops, Targa Tops, T-Tops and Sunroofs must remain in place while on track
NOTE: Mazda MX5/Miata, Honda S2000, and Dodge Viper convertibles (among others) all need 4 point roll bars added.
ALSO NOTE: Convertibles with hard tops (especially Mazda Miata PRHT or RF trim levels) are still convertibles and the rollbar rules still apply because hard tops are typically not structural.
- TOW HOOKS or PULL LOOPS-FRONT and REAR- FOR VEHICLE RECOVERY ARE REQUIRED
- Must be easily accessible without manipulation of body work
- Factory tow hooks are allowed
- Removable hooks must be installed prior to on track activities
- The passenger’s seat: must provide the same level of safety protection as the driver ie DOT installed vs 5/6 point harness
Vehicle-Tandem prepared:
The following requirements are in addition to the above requirements
- Cage (6 point minimum 1.5" .095" wall up to 3500lbs)
- Double door bars required on driver and passenger sides
- Fixed back racing seat
- 5 point racing harness properly secured
Car Numbers:
- We will assign your car number at check-in and our tech attendants will put the # on your car windows
- REMOVE OLD #s from windows

Passengers:
- Drivers are responsible for their passenger compliance
- Must be at least 16 years old, with valid ID presented at check in after 9a
*passengers 16-17 years old must have a parent or guardian present with them and sign a minor waiver
Non Tandem passengers:
- The passenger’s seat: must provide the same level of safety protection as the driver ie DOT installed vs 5/6 point harness

*It is the responsibility of the participant to assure safe mechanical condition of the vehicle at all times
It is strongly recommended that vehicles be thoroughly and routinely inspected by a reputable technician beforehand
Refunds or credits will not be issued for vehicles that don’t pass tech
ALL drivers are responsible for their passengers compliance,
NON compliance could result in the driver being removed from participation with NO REFUND

Friendly reminders to help make your track day go more smoothly:
Paddock access will begin at 6p the night before
The gates will remain open overnight
Bring your valid drivers lic
- Reg/Check-in is open at 7:00a
- CHECK-IN FIRST UPON ARRIVAL and bring your valid drivers license
- If you used "Speed waiver" you must bring your phone to check-in with the CONFIRMATION on your screen READY to view
- At check-in you will receive a "Tech sheet" with an SPDN run group assigned number on it
- Onsite you will completely fill out the information on the front of the "Tech sheet", then take your "Tech sheet" and your car to the tech area
- Your SPDN run group assigned number will be put on your car by our tech attendants.
- Tech will open 8:00a
MANDATORY 8:45a Driver’s Meeting--you will not be able to participate if you miss the driver’s meeting!!

Drift Nirvana runs “Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold” but may be rescheduled/paused for more significant weather

Credit/Debit card transactions only.
NOTE NO PARKING AREAS- for Drivers and Spectators -
- in the tech inspection lanes even after tech has ended
- on/near any main arteries to courses/exits.
- on the bridge to Shenandoah Circuit
- FYI-Spectator parking for Shenandoah is before the bridge to Shenandoah Circuit
